It is amazing how much you can cram into a day when you start early and don't take any breaks. Today was one of those days.
The day started with me waking up early to finish writing the bishopric message for May. The message was about using kind and uplifting words. I read the idea of transcribing all the words you speak and binding them in a business book and felt like it was really powerful. I used it to create an FHE a couple months ago and we had a good discussion. The girls made little books and wrote down what they wanted their words to be - things like funny, encouraging, happy, motivational, awesome, etc.
